Sentimental jewelry is about memories...

Its always nice to take a breather and sit down and listen to a customer talk about their cherished items of jewelry. I always take great pride in listening intently to someone that talks about how a piece of their jewelry came to be or was acquired and how many hands it traveled down to. Their most important item/s is usually the one that have the personal stories behind them. Usually, the customer will go into great detail on how their newly acquire treasure made it's way into their possession. As they are talking, you can see how they can get emotional. Great jewelry stories are all about personal relationships and family backgrounds. Many that visits us usually want to restore or repair their item so that they can continue the tradition of wearing a family keepsake. If I had to describe one thing I like so much about what I do, it's about listening to others talk about whats important to them
